• General: By placing an order with Socially, you automatically accept all the listed terms of service whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any current or future changes. You will only use the Socially website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/other social media sites in their individual service descriptions. Socially rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy remains in effect in the case of rate changes. Socially does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimate for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimate and Socially will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. Socially tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

• Disclaimer: Socially will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

• Liabilities: Socially is in no way liable for any account suspension or content deletion performed by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

• Registration: By registering, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or an emancipated

  minor and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply with them. You may not use fake information while registering your account, including fake name, email, phone number, or address. Any attempt to spoof data will result in your account being disabled.

• Service: Socially will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social account and help boost your "appearance" only. We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with or remain following you, as social media services may

remove them over time. We simply guarantee that you will receive the followers you paid for once your order is marked "Completed" in our order log/history. We do not guarantee that 100% of accounts will have profile pictures, full bios, or uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this a reality. You must not upload anything to Socially that includes nudity or violates the content standards of social media platforms. Private accounts will not receive a refund. Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

• Duplicate Order Warning: If you place duplicate links while one is already in process, it will be at your own loss — no refunds will be issued. We cannot guarantee the speed of Instagram follower services priced below $1/k. These services may be instant, very fast, or take up to 48 hours. We cannot cancel any order once placed. Order accordingly. If your order drops below the starting count, we will not refill your order due to loss from previous followers. If you place another order before resolving an issue (drop, incomplete, etc.), it will be at your loss. For partial or dropped orders, especially in large volumes (e.g., 500k, 1M, 2M), we do not offer refills or refunds. If you mix "refill" and "non-refill" services, refill guarantees are void.

• Order Description Warning: Always read the description of the service you're ordering. Each service has a specific process. We are not responsible for any order placed incorrectly.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be made to your original payment method. Once a deposit is completed, it is non-reversible. You must use your balance for orders on Socially. Filing a dispute or chargeback after payment may result in order termination and removal of delivered followers/likes. Orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once placed. Refunds are only issued as credits in specific cases such as non-delivery. Misplaced or private account orders are non-refundable. Do not use multiple services on the same page at once, as this affects order accuracy — no refunds in such cases.

• Payment Accounts & Credit Cards: By purchasing services, you agree not to file fraudulent disputes. Attempts to do so may result in account termination, removal of delivered services, and a permanent IP ban. Since Socially offers intangible digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be made via payment processors. We may require manual verification before approving automatic payments. Failed

transactions may be caused by poor network service. We will credit all successful payments. Payment reversals may take several days depending on the processor. Fraudulent activity (e.g., unauthorized/stolen credit card use) will lead to account termination. Users must pay from accounts in their own names — failure to do so may result in termination.

• SMS Verification: Our SMS One-Time Verification (OTP) service authenticates users during registration, login, or key account actions. OTPs are single-use, time-sensitive, and usually expire within minutes. Most numbers used are non-reusable and do not support replies. If delivery fails within 5 minutes, our system detects it and may initiate a refund. Refunds depend on system-verified non-delivery. We are not liable for mobile network issues or device-related errors. The OTP service may be paused or updated without notice.

• Data, Airtime, and Bill Payments: Our platform allows users to purchase mobile data, airtime, and other utility services using wallet balances or linked payment methods. Transactions are processed in real-time and are generally non-reversible. Users are responsible for entering accurate recipient information (e.g., number, network, amount). We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect entries. Refunds may be issued in some cases of technical failure or provider unavailability, subject to verification. Delays due to third-party issues do not guarantee refunds. Availability and pricing of services may change without notice.

• Cryptocurrency Transactions: Our cryptocurrency feature operates on a manual process and is subject to specific terms. All transactions must follow the sequence of receive, confirm, and then send local currency. We will not send any local currency or proceed with any crypto-based service until we have fully received and confirmed the corresponding funds on our end. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct type and amount of cryptocurrency is sent to the correct wallet address. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for losses resulting from funds sent to incorrect, invalid, or unintended addresses, nor for any issues caused by user error, technical failures, or blockchain-related delays. Cryptocurrency transactions are final, non-reversible, and carried out entirely at the user’s own risk. By using this feature, you acknowledge and

accept that all crypto transactions are conditional on confirmed receipt, are processed

manually, and carry inherent risks for which we are not liable.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Trademarks, service marks, logos, and images used on our

website belong to us or our affiliates. Using our site does not grant you ownership or rights to use these materials without prior written consent. Any copying, distribution, or publication of our website content is strictly prohibited.
